Looked at all the other searches with a price tag on each. Especially, if you're getting these from a well known distributor, ie Z1M, CZP, Zspd, nengun, Nissan Race and every other website... If you need your parts on a timely manner, do it on a work day, excluding holidays....but they got to me ASAP, my transaction was with ease, my order arrived early (coilovers). Thanks all at Tunersports.com for making everything go smoothly. When you're buying aftermarket parts and you're not certain, use the drop down bar menu. Accuracy is everything. Just because your make and model is present, doesn't mean it fits. Lastly, don't buy if you're not sure. Do a lot of research on you're project before spending. They get my 5 stars, because they deserve it. "
"Recently ordered a Koni-Eibach Spring/Damper kit for a BMW. Received an email within hours asking me to verify my model info as the kit only fits certain trim packages which was not indicated in the product description at time of order. Though I had done adequate research and was certain I had ordered the correct item it's nice to know that they care enough to verify that the correct product is being shipped. After emailing then back letting them know that I had indeed ordered the correct item they shipped the item out the same day A++++++++++++++++++"
"well, what to say, I ordered some whiteline control arm bushings, according to their site it suppose to fit my car, so ordered it, got it, took it to my mechanic, He says it don't fit, fits on a different model car. so I contact them for a return as it's mislabeled for my car, First they say they won't take the return because the package is opened. Well since they f'upped and mislabled it how is that my fault? so I contact whiteline, and they talk to these guys and finally They'll accept the return but less %15 restocking fee, which is BS. I'm out $13 because nothing i did. and Don't have correct bushings. Fantastic. Don't buy from these guys."
"I bought a set of bc racing coilovers from them for a great price on cyber monday, they shipped the following day. UPS lost my package for a couple weeks and i contacted the company to see where to go from there. They got back to me quickly, told me they were already aware, and would ship out a new set immediately if the package was confirmed lost. Luckily the package was found, but the support team reached out to me after it had been delivered to make sure everything was good. Good prices, great service, and they'll be my first stop whenever im looking to buy again. "
"I ordered lowering springs for my E30 convertible. When the box arrived it looked like it had broke open during shipping. When I opened it, one of the springs was missing. I contacted Tunersports by email and they sent out a new set of springs the very next day. They did not wait until I shipped them back the ones that I had received. "I ordered some coilovers and they sent me the wrong ones. They did not fit my vehicle and when I contacted them to see if I could return or exchanged them for a different product, they refused. They said since I opened the product and and mounted it on, it was unreturnable. I even provided them pictures of it not fitting. What kind of BS is that? How will someone know their product does not fit their vehicle unless they attempt to try it on? I was willing to still do business with them if I could exchanged it for something that actually fits. Horrible customer service. Not once did they apologize for their mistake. Instead, it was pretty much a "you're **** out of luck" response. I even requested to speak to a manager and they even provided me that. Then they said they will take it back if they provided me more pictures of the product not fitting. So basically, they want me to unassemble my car again and reattempt to reinstall the parts just to take more pictures of it. How time consuming. What a waste of time and money. I will be doing business elsewhere. "

"Purchasing from Tuner Sports, I prepared myself for the worst. I do 99.9% of my shopping on Amazon these days, and even then only directly from Amazon. There were no highly reputable companies carrying the part I needed, but the few reviews I could find on this company were solid. I decided to give it a shot and hope it didn't go too bad. Man, was I wrong. I received an order confirmation immediately, followed by an order update shortly after, informing me the part was in stock and would be shipping soon. I received a tracking email by end of day, and then, to top it all off, the part was delivered to my door less than 24 hours later. Even Amazon wouldn't have gotten it to me that fast. I received the exact part I ordered, packaged extremely well, in perfect condition. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough, shop with confidence."
