The cost of sending it back to the USA, new import taxes and return, does not warrant it for me to do so."

"Tungsten World is a well presented store, the navigation is intuitive, the info i was looking for was easily found which is not so common online. The jewelry pictures are hi-res and easily enlarged for a clear look which is most important for any online store. The purchase process requires few steps to complete, another plus. The only thing that really stood out as being something needing a good re-design is the laser engraving section. The field where you type in your text is too small, way too small. The code behind this feature was glitchy, clearing the text worked then didn't work. In the confirmation of payment which shows the engraving i've selected, the symbols didn't show so i was concerned while waiting for the ring to arrive that the engraving was going to be wrong. The ring arrived and the engraving was correct but still this section needs to be looked at and improved.
