I bought my wedding ring from Tungsten World initially because I liked what I saw on their website. Their range of rings and choice of designs was impressive (I bought the 8mm Olypmus)and price seemed very reasonable compared to other sites. Having ordered the ring from Australia I was surprised how quickly it came (just over a week.) Having got the ring I was delighted by it's presentation. It was very securely packaged and inside was displayed in a beautiful wood like ring case. Having bought online I wasn't 100% sure the ring size would be right and trying it on this proved to be the case with the rng being slightly too large. This wan't a problem however. I simply put the ring back in it's packaging with a note stating the new size I wanted and they replaced it for me straight away.
The communication and service I got from Tungsten world was great, but the best thing about them is their product. I have had my ring for 4 months now and still doesn't have a single scratch. It's every bit as new looking as it was on the website and it get comments everyday. I love it!!
