"Turbine is a fairly good company as far as MMO's go. While they obviously have the same bugs and errors that other MMO's face, but in my experience they were pretty good at resolving them.
Overall I'd rate them as more responsive than Blizzard (obviously there's less players in lotro) but instead of waiting 4 hours for a response of "we can't help you, check the forums!!!" you'd usually get a response within 20 minutes, and it was genuinely helpful.
They're also pretty good at providing content updates. One thing I really liked was the amount of feedback they requested and how they took it into account. Employees were not a rare site on the forums."
