"I sent four emails over the last two weeks; I filed a Square Trade report with eBay; I have twice started to leave negative feedback both on eBay and resellerratings, but held off until I tried yet again to make contact; and finally I called on the phone and spoke with a sales representative, who told me that he had cancelled my order and would return the funds to my PayPal account (funds that they received July 26, over 16 days ago!).

I told the phone rep, just as I did in my emails, that the motherboard, which they substituted for the one they advertised, would not meet my needs. I specifically ordered the package I did because of the 6 PCI slots on the advertised motherboard. I do NOT want one with just three slots. That's what I already have, and is the reason I was looking for a new system.

So now, besides being completely unresponsive to my emails (sent both to Sales and to Service); besides not responding to eBays Square Trade dispute inquiry; and besides having my payment for more than 16 days before shipping anything (or even communicating with me), I have to add that they are liars, and do NOT do what they say they will do.

This is unexcusable! After two full weeks, they have finally sent me a package - but one that I did not order and that I cannot use; and they did this after telling me that they had cancelled my order and would refund my payment immediately. It is actions like this that give eBay sellers a bad name. Take the money, then screw the customer, because they already got what they wanted. Who cares if the customer does??

My recommendation is to avoid this seller!

Purchased through ebay on July 20th. Payment took several days (via echeck) so I called to make sure that the item would be shipped as soon as payment came in. I was assured it would be sent the next business day. Five days after payment, when I still had not recieved tracking info, I called them again (long- distance and very expensive, but they were not responding to my emails; sent 3). They STILL had not sent, but promised to do shortly.
As far as I can tell (since I still have not recieved it) they paid $20 for shipping, after changing me $80. In addition, it went ground via DHL and is not expected to arrive for ANOTHER week- wich means I paid $80 in shipping- nearly a quarter of the total product price, for an item that took three weeks to reach me.

I just hope it works properly.

I received no email or other means of contact for this substitution. The original listed mobo had as SIS chipset; this alternate one has VIA. For what I'm going to be doing, VIA just won't do. So I called them up the following day. A rep said that they made a mistake and I qoute "we did one testing with that motherboard with the SIS chipset and the celeron-d CPU and it worked fine." ONE testing?? And that's it?? Well the rep said that they've corrected the error, but there is another listing, actually the same one and everything is the same to the letter as the listing that I won.

I looked into their feedback profile in eBay. I noticed that there was another incident of a "swap" regarding another item. Apparently, there were 4 counts of swapping a listed item for another item (which I'm sure they did not consent with the buyer).

Imagine, all this and I still have to see how my item works and looks. Most likely I'll be back to write a follow-up.

Their customer service was pretty good though; although, the rep that I got to talk to sounded like he was making excuses on the spot.

Basically, if you were to order from TURBOLED, based on my experience, you cant even trust what's written on the description. With these guys, call first and make sure that you're getting what you're seeing/reading."
