"Thanks for the fast shipment and good service. I received the belt quickly and it was exactly what I needed. This is the only place I could find the exact belt for my model cassette player."
"Great products and wicked fast shipping"

"There are a lot of sites that sell stylus', but I was looking for OEM products, which they had. They even offered an upgrade for 10$ more. Their site was fast and intuitive, and they had the exact piece I was looking for. My stylus came in 3 days with no hassle or worries. Their service is exactly what you look for on the web. Fast and friendly. "
"I'm writing to show appreciation for a service rendered by a company who, without their assistance, all I had was a couple of expensive paperweights.
A couple of my fine analog machines which are in almost pristine condition were worthless because of the lack of being capable of finding parts or persons capable of servicing these machines.
One was a Sanyo Turntable which has been setting idle in storage because of a bad belt for over 20 years. The rest of the turntable is almost like new. I did not save all my LP's to another source and I needed to get this machine running so I could download my LP's to CD's and bring them up to today's technology.
The second was a rare Realistic model TR-3000 reel to reel built by Tascam/Teac that I purchased new in 1981 in which the main capstan belt became old and stretched. Other than this belt,, this machine is also in pristine condition still.
I have a lot of past recordings of many live performances I have done in the 42 years I have been doing semi pro music and I wanted to retrieve this information and download again to CD.
I could not justify parting with these machines simply because the belts were bad and so I stored them until I could find a company who either carried these parts, or would do the service they needed done.
I'm old school and keep my equipment in good shape and constantly in repair which is rare these days in an age where people throw away their good items instead of being bothered with repairing them. Such wasteful attitudes!
I would specifically like to thank "Steve" I don't know his last name but he represented this company very well and I would assume he had a bigger stake in this company than just a simple dockworker. If not,,, I'd like to see him get promoted and given a raise for over and beyond in the line of duty.
Because the Realistic TR-3000 is a "rare" but high quality reel to reel, it isn't something that is dealt with on a daily basis and the shown size of belt for this machine did not fit. I had no problems communicating with Steve and his patience with me in attempting to figure out what size we needed with them in Oregon and me in Colorado I thought it would be more difficult than it was but his patience and knowledge made that a simple chore!
For well under $30.00, we put two high quality pieces of equipment worth a minimum of $700.00 (between the two of them) and would cost at least $1,500.00 to replace them with today's market values, back into service after almost 20 years of being unusable.
I thank you for the service and I have many friends who also have equipment in need of parts. I can do the repairs,, but finding those parts can be a problem.
Thank you for the service and keep it running for future uses!
Sincerely!

"I am most impressed with the look of the package I received.
It was very clean and neat. This is important to me.
Also they were professional over the phone.
They also sent my order out 30 minuets after I placed it!

" I was extra pleased with the super service I received when I ordered two belts for a 1965 Concertone reel to reel recorder. The breakdown of the belt part numbers, for that recorder, was great. I ordered the parts on Sat. and received them on Tues. Thats from OR to IN. That makes them A+ in my book.
Thank You

"Outstanding service. I requested a call back to determine if a needle # was compatible with a Garrard 1212 Turntable. Steve responded within 5 minutes, took the order and shipped the same day.
Once installed, everything worked perfectly. I am a very happy customer. Keith Whitney"
"WOW!
You guys are fast and with the right part no less. My Mitsubishi LT-20 uses two of your belts to operate the tone arm mechanism. Now it's good-as-new. Thanks

"Thank you TurnTableNeedles.com (AVCR) I have a 40+ year old Garrard turntable. They were able to send me the correct needle for my Shure cartridge. It was shipped the same day it was ordered and it arrived in 3 days. I am now listening to my LP's and 45's again. I am very satisfied with their company and service and want to thank Steve for his expert and friendly service. I highly recommend them for anybody looking for help with Vintage (old) parts. "
"Was Looking for a way to repair and old turntable and found these people. All parts in stock and their visual compare data base is fantastic!!! Arrived in 4 days no problems. I do live on the West Coast so Easteners may have a longer wait Highly Reccommend them for your needs."
"I have a Sansui P-D11 turntable which I've bought 23 years ago. I was not using it for years. Recently I decided to play it again, but unfortunately, even it was working properly, I could not succeed to hear any sound from my new music set. I've thought that the problem was supposed to be the needle or the cartrige. I searched for them in every possible music store I could reach, but could only find a bad immitation needle which didn't solve my problem. Then I decided to search for them in the internet and found "turntableneedles.com". It is a "mecca" for turntable lovers. While I was reading the FAQ's, I've learned that my problem was mainly with the new music-set and not with my turntable. My new set has not a separate "phono" outlet and all I need seemed to be a small, cheap preamplifier. So I ordered a PREAMP, together with a "P-mount" stereo phono cartrige (AT3482P) and a replacement needle (PN-250T) for my Sansui P-D11 turntable. The price for all-including shipping ($70.95)- was less than I found in e-bay. I am living in Turkey and was not waiting to receive them earlier than 3 weeks. To my surprise, even I didn't prefer fast mail-which cost a lot-, I had them at my door in 7 days. I am very satisfied with the service and the products I bought. Now I have the pleasure of listening my "old" records in my "new" music set.
Thank you for all who are still struggling to "preserve analog in a digital world".
