"the website is difficult. I had to enter the vin # each time. The pictures are only for experts. If i did not have the part numbers i would have quit. The wrong parts are worse than no parts. You need to have customer service with a over the phone discount option. Your employee helped me by sending me a email so i could pay online. It would have been simple to send me a link to pay so the list would be accurate. I appreciate the discount but not worth the time. Others offer this service on discount. I did it because you are close if there is a problem.

"I never received any emails updating me on the item delivery status as stated.
I later called and confirmed my item was in and informed them my wife will be by to pick it up for me.
Once there, she had to go through three people to be directed to go to the "online" parts department.
She followed their instructions and found that department was closed, during the hours I was told it would be open.
Not wanting to waste another trip, I called later in the week to confirm my item was still there and verify hours. I left a message since nobody at the "online" parts department answered the phone on multiple attempts. After days I still have not received a call back.
I will prepare another review if I ever get a call back and receive my item. At this point I believe they should just ship it directly to me to avoid this middle man problem.
