"Hello, after holding with customer service for @ 40 minutes on Wednesday, we were informed that Order No. 247134, was being shipped on and should arrived between 11am and 3 pm on August 3. However, on August 3 at 2:30 pm, the trucking company informed us that after my wife waited in our yard for 4 hours, that this Order was not on the Truck, and there was insufficient room and it our arrived on Friday between 11am and 3pm. On Friday afternoon, the Driver "Charlie" called me to inform me that he will arrive around 3:45 pm. On Thursday, I had requested some possible compensation for the lost of a day. The Customer Rep at ***-***-**** would request some reduction in the price with the Manager and apply to the PayPal account that I had used. Charlie was great, and he did a great job with the 700 lb. delivery."

There was a miscommunication between warehouses. No one filled the order. Wes would drop ship them. Two days later we got three jacks that were not what we ordered. 2" bigger and 1500 lbs. less weight bearing capacity. Again called customer service and got Wes. "I'll just have them picked up and refund your money." Again, I need Jacks. The item I ordered is no longer available, this item supersedes it. Asked if the fourth would be the same as the three we got. Again Wes got angry and said he would have them picked up and refund our money. Why is this guy rude and angry with me, when they screwed up and didn't fill the order and did not communicate the change in stock? It won't happen again! "
