"The price & service I received at the beginning was outstanding. However, it was not clear when my hitch & other components would arrive so I called. The person who I spoke with was helpful but had an attitude. It worked out & I received my shipment on time. When I took it to be installed, the mounting brackets did not come with the fastener hardware & so I ended up having to buy another set of brackets for the fasteners from the installer. I have not raised this issue with Tweety's yet but will. Weird thing is I ended up with the brackets from the installer & a bag of fasteners so not sure if the installer told me the truth. All in all, I saved over $800 by purchasing the hitch & associated hardware from Tweety's & having UHAUL install versus what the RV dealer wanted to charge me."
