"Prices and products are good. Salesperson and tech support knowledge not so good. I had to research what would work on my motorcycle and then order a specific luggage rack and topcase. Sales person was not knowledgeable enough. When I could not figure out how to close and lock my Givi topcase, I called tech support. Spent 20 minutes and he was no help. I finally figured it out myself. "
"I ordered a Givi Maxia 56L top case for my Honda F6B. It looks great and meets my needs. The only negative comment I have is that the item was on back order and I waited about 4 weeks. It took several attempts to get an accurate ETA on the delivery. That said, the Twisted staff were pleasant to deal with, although as I said I kept getting conflicting info."

"I went to pick up the key blank I ordered, since the delivery charge was greater than the key. First you must find the right door, way around back. They cannot find my key. Look in the system and says it was picked up by somebody else. This is not a Twisted throttle location just a warehouse company. They do not know anything. What a waste of time. Not the friendly customer service I use to get in New Dundee."

“We are sorry with the issues you had trying to understand from us how to mount and use the top case. While we try to be experts on as many products as possible, it is all but impossible to do so given the count of our 50,000+ SKUs and the number of motorcycles on the market. That said, we do see a training opportunity for the staff with basic aspects of the GIVI product line. The fitment portion of your inquiry was also a difficult one; attempting to find a rack for your 1998 BMW and 1983 Honda that would allow the fitment of your topcase to both bikes. The Honda posed more of a challenge due to it's age and the OEM luggage rack already on the motorcycle. Again, our apologies that we weren't able to get a proper fitment, but this was a particularly challenging situation.”
