"Ordered auxiliary lights over a month ago; they arrived but the lenses were out of stock. I called they said the lenses would be in the following week. That was two weeks ago. I usually shop through one of their competitors and I've never had issues with them, shame on me for straying. Last time doing business with Twisted Throttle."

"I ordered in March and was told all the parts were in stock except for one that would be available in two weeks.
It’s now may 11th and I am still waiting for two of the parts. I was told that they really don’t know what they have in stock because the system only updates once a day. I would have ordered from another source had I have known that it would take two months to fill my order. "

"I searched under "compatible with model" for my bike S1000RR. A part came up as compatible and I ordered it. It didn't fit, I contacted customer service and was told doesn't fit your bike. I don't feel I should pay for return shipping, customer service didn't care."

"the order turnaround time wasn't anything spectacular but on par with another cycle parts distributor I've used in the past-BikeBandit. I'll be sure to follow how they handle returns which is where BikeBandit failed me a couple of years ago."
