"Twisted throttle used to be good. Now they aren’t backing their products like they should. Case in point the Denali light mounts. Cheap pot Metal , my left mount just broke in half no impact or accident.
When I called to ask for a replacement. They wanted pictures of how they were mounted. Then the angle with the bars turned and what light was on it.
They stated that they weren’t their lights and said we can’t warranty them but will give me 10% off. These mounts were 80.00 and they snapped off?
Then I told them they are marketed as universal mounts. No particular light mentioned. I spent a week and emailed these jokers 7 times including sending photos. I spent thousands with this outfit and that’s how I’m treated. I just never really went back to them. And won’t "

"I ordered some driving lights that were discounted as part of a cyber Monday sale. 2 weeks went by, my order status never changed. I sent a note to customer service regarding the status. The response was sorry we sold out, but we will give you a refund. What Kind of a bush league business accepts more orders than they have stock? Sounds like a 1st class MRP system? Or maybe this was just a loss leader bait and switch hoping people would by discounted items and regular priced items only to find out the discounted item are not available after the fact. When I shake someone's hand and agree to sell them something for an agreed price, I keep my word. This company does not operate under this principle.
