I went to their website on a Saturday morning to get hold of them and ask why I hadn't seen a tracking number yet. I texted the number on the website, expecting someone to get back to me late Monday. Before I finished my cigarette and coffee I got a reply saying they'll look into it. Less than 10 mins later, they figured out what happened and shipped it as soon as they could. I can't think of anything I've ordered online where I could text someone and get a response same-day, much less get a response immediately. A minor screw up made me a customer for life. These guys have good prices and are serious about taking care of you. Buy their stuff, I will."
