"Heidi and Tina are the most unprofessional, ignorent, incompetent and rude individuals I have ever encountered while conducting a business transaction. I did eventually receive a working item, but had to endure the afore mentioned behavior while trying to convince the two that I had indeed paid and had responded to their emails (they did not respond to mine). Their idea of customer service is to tell one outrageous lie after another, which I was easily able to disprove. After calling me a deadbeat in feedback, screaming at me on the phone and lying about everything... they didn't even bother to say "sorry". They are truly despicable people. "
"Watch out for Tina and the other owner of this "store." they are typical low-lifes who will just take your money and sell you crap. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
They have over 300 negatives on eBay and even made their feedback private because it was SOOOO bad. Hundreds of BBB complians and even a few police reports of these crimianls."
"This seller was selling on ebay as twogirlstrading and then moved to the id of store-returns. I ordered a sewing machine that came broken and had more damage then was talked about in the auction. I contacted seller, they were very rude and nasty on the phone. I would not buy from them again and recommend that no one else do."
"Purchased vacuum, arrived 20 days later in the broken, taped up retail box, item would not work. Called seller 2 hours after item arrived, was advised to send back via Fed-Ex and a damage claim will be filed. Item was delivered back to TwoGirlsTrading AKA Store-Returns AKA VisionWorkz on 3-10-03. After speaking with a VERY ruder person named Hiedi (1 owner), Tina (2nd owner) got on the phone and said a refund will be given. Seller then said nothing was ever returned. Then seller said only a hose was returned. No refund was given, credit card dispute was filed first week of April 2003. Found out seller sold SAME vacuum to another customer (still broken). Refused to refund that person either. Just received rebuttal from credit card chargeback stating that I did not contact them within 24 hours of receiving broken item, Fed-Ex tracking number given for return was not to their address so they do not have item. Fed-Ex tracking number shows delivery to the SAME address on the top of their letterhead on rebuttal letter. Deliver was for 27 pounds. June 2003 - still pending refund. Seller has numerous complaints with BBB, IFCC. "
"This seller shipped a broken printer and tried to blame the damage on the shipping company. The printer could not pick up paper to feed through, and was clearly natuaral wear and tear on a printer that was once a display model from a retail store, which was not described to me. I only know becuase the two dumb girls trading didn't take the labels off. The item was shipped back to them and they did not follow the shipping company's claim procedures, so the claim was denied. Now they have the printer and my money and no refund has been issued. They also do not respond to emails and when they do, they are oneliner responses and very rude. Since this purchase I have read a lot of similar complaints about this company online. No matter how good their prices look, I warn you not to buy from them. You are taking a big risk if you do."
"BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS "COMPANY" .... I ordered a Sony cordless phone advertised as Brand New, but I got a very worn and damaged used phone. Tried to work things out, but their customer service are just a bunch of scam artists, they even are "closed" to the public now. I filed a BBB report and they still had the nerve to charge me shipping both ways for a replacement item, which was WORSE than the original.
NEVER order from these typical losers. If you do watch out and be prepared to get your credit card company to hassle them, you won't get the item you ordered otherwise."
