"I recently ordered a knife thru their facebook page as no one answered the phone and the mailbox is full. I received an email saying they was not going to ship since I wanted the knife shipped to my work, not my home where my credit card is listed. I tried to reply but the email was returned. I have made several attempts to contact them by email, facebook and phone but unable to. My card was charged the day I placed the order but I have no idea if they did or are going to ship the order. Frustrating since I have never had a problem shipping to my work address

"Ordered 2 knives, 1 engraved, 1 plain. The engraved one had my name spelled wrong. Called, explained problem to Lisa who said it was my fault for not checking my email. I was engaging with her when a "supervisor" with a snotty, supercilious attitude, who refused to listen to me and continually interrupted me told me in a loud voice, "Well you didn't check your email, you're stuck with it". What a rude, mean attitude. No customer service whatsoever and Lisa is in the background laughing. I will never do business with this company again and will advise all my acquaintances to do the same. When I told the 'old man with the loud mouth' this, he called me a troll. Good way to grow your business and influence people."
"Note that this parent company (Two Point Enterprises) operates several retail websites: hand-tools.com, gerber-tools.com, kershaw-knives.net, and sog-knives.net.
I placed an order with this company and received no email confirmation or email of any kind. A week or so later, having received no notice of my order or of shipping, I emailed to request a cancellation. I was informed by a representative (who curtly insisted that they HAD sent me an order confirmation) that it was too late to cancel the order as "it has already shipped." Days later I received an email stating that the shipping label had just been created and the order was about to be shipped out – the rep had simply lied about the shipment.
I contacted them again and voiced my dissatisfaction, as they could have canceled my order as it had not even shipped (as the representative had falsely claimed). The same rep then rudely and dismissively gave me a vague spiel about how they can't cancel orders due to their shipping policies. She even flatly stated that it takes up to 11 days(!) to ship out orders. On what planet is this acceptable?
It's clear that this company is a drop-shipping operation – they do not keep much of their inventory on hand and ship it from elsewhere. This results in long shipping times, miscommunication, and poor service in general, as was displayed here. The rude customer "service" rep also informed me that if I wished to make a return, they have a 20% restocking fee. Not only is this wildly excessive, but I can tell you (having run an online business for years myself) that "restocking fees" are nonsense. It costs nothing to accept returns – it's a tactic to pressure customers into NOT making returns. "Restocking fees" are a practice you most often see with shady ebay sellers.
TL;DR: Four strikes: 1) It took almost two weeks for my initial order to even ship out (with no confirmation email). 2) Despite this, they curtly refused to cancel my order days before it shipped. 3) RUDE and dismissive customer service. 4) Extortive 20% "restocking fee." Take your money to a professional business who actually cares, there are plenty out there. This amateur hour company's service is abysmal on every level, all the way down. Avoid."

"Shrimp butler sent me a used product when i paid full MSRP for a brand new product. They wont even reply to customer support, which i have tried both ways through email and phone calls. I have been trying to just get a RMA for a refund which would mean i lose 20% for restocking and have to pay shipping, but the people at shrimp butler are such scammers they wont even reply. They are scamming customers and sending people used products that dont even work and refusing to answer customer support and accepting returns when their policies claim they do. These people are major scammers and I would recommend not buying their products."
"Order power supply. Arrived with two connectors that were broken and had been taped up. Unit was dead on arrival as well. Contacted and they said they would replace or refund. After shipping back (and paying extra to UPS because they had to find a street address - they gave only PO Number), I heard nothing for several weeks. Upon sending email, I got an email from the "owner" who stated that they could not refund my money due to broken connectors. My email to them and letter enclosed with the supply clearly indicated it ARRIVED with the broken connectors AND was DOA and requested they check the supply. He did not address the issues, but insisted that they had inspected unit and "have camera system that shows connectors were not broken" -- which a "camera system" would not have been able to see, as the cables and connectors were all bundled up for shipment. He accused me of having broken the connectors and stated that "no one takes responsibility these days." (Pot to kettle?). This guy is a major rip-off artist, and from what I've seen online, this seems to be his method of operation. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!"

"I ordered the Sog Topo Meridian Black TiNi kKnife M46T from two point enterprises on 1/18/2013. I had read a review in Backpacker magazine and wanted a good quality knife that I could take on my backpacking camping adventures. I received my knife on 1/28/13 and that was with their free shipping non- priority order shipping. After I had place d my order I received an e-mail from Lisa at customer service letting me know that my order had shipped. They were extremely responsive and professional. I not only am I impressed with the their customer service I am extremely impressed by the quality and workmanship of this knife. These folks get 5 stars from me for service and a quality product. I would not hesitate to place another order with these folks again! They also had the best on-line price I could find."
"Acceptable products but poor service. We placed two identical orders for Gerber hand tools with nearly identical laser engraving. The engraving order only differend in the name of the person being given the tool. Both products arrived in decent time but with very different engraving quality. One was acceptable, the other was all but non existant. If you didn't know where the engraving was supposed to be, you would never find it. We tried to contact the seller over 5 times by email and more than 6 times by phone. We also sent photos of both products for comparison. After nearly a month of trying to make contact the seller suddenly responded and refunded 4.95 for the engraving. Nothing was ever said or acknowledged about the obvious flaws in their work or even the amount of time it took them to respond even one time. I will never buy from them again and would warn anyone else against them as well."

Wish I would have read some of the other reviews about their customer service before I purchased from them. POOR POOR POOR!!! "I made an order of 2 knives that seemed as if they were in stock. My credit card was charged instantly. I received a note a week later that both knives were backordered, however my credit card was still charged. I sent a note back asking if they were ever going to get any more in and why I was charged for a knife they did not have in stock.
The only reply I got was a generic message that I had been refunded. No information on if they would get any more in or not.
I then get an email from then saying to come here and post a review and I will get $3 back. They are paying their customers to leave good feedback. That's just sad."
