Over 3 days dealing with customer service about a leaking battery on a 1-week-old 4-wheeler. I called and have a 10 or 12 e mail chain and all I ever get is I have to check with my manager. My first call the person said we will send you a new one then I e mail and they have to think about it. The Sales rep OSCAR goes back and forth with me for several days and nothing gets done. I have a Kid with a new 4 wheeler and they want to get riding and I can't blame them. Long story longer I just bought one on Amazon for $30. I have purchased 2 ATV's this year from Tx Powersports this year! I forgot I had them assemble this one and a 4 year old could have done better save your $249 on assembly and do it yourself.

Get a call the next day and said they wanted $250 for shipping.
Agreed to the fees at the point of sale.
Did not agree to an other fees.
The was told the could cancel the order. But for a 6% fee.
So either way, they wanted money that was not agreed apon."
