"I bought a new bike and had a very serious issue happen no more then 5 days after the bike arrived in California. I thought I was going to have a hard time resolving this issue. That was so far from the truth. I was not given the run around. T x motor sports handled this very professional. Things were taken care 'within 7 days. I wanted to learn how to work on small engines and I was given a crash course. Once I get my parts back, I should be on the road and going to school with my new scooter. Great service and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get a bike."

They never sent replacement parts and I am stuck with a defective bike. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. The customer service is horrible and they knowingly sell poor quality items!!! " Purchased a $679 scooter April 1 2019. As of today I am picking it up from a another scooter company in Ocala Florida. Not only has that costed me $300 out of my pocket ;but I have put out another $800 besides the price of the bike .
Due negligence concerning a carburetor protocol by the company itself....I have been out of a transportation for 3 months and some of those charges factored into the 1,100.00 out of my own pocket. Manny and his staff are a nightmare. Crooks who use the internet to manipulate. If that isn't bad enough they will email you at 11 at night with sarcastic remarks, nasty insults and more manipulation games .Recently on my cases he worked with the DMV auto crimes task force investigator to deceitfully try to take my scooter back from me knowing he was paid his money in full over a month before that.

and they have no compassion for anybody that they are frauding and stealing from. Check the reviews on their Facebook internet Etc before you buy from this "buyer beware company".
Bad enough multiple people myself included they have tried to blackmail to get a label just to reship an item to resolve the whole issue peacefully. Multiple things were wrong with my scooter. For various reasons however this company was responsible for at least one if not two of those matters. The main issues that caused the scooter to not run. Not little adjustments of brakes Etc"

I was having a little trouble when placing an order online one day and I contacted one of the sales reps and she placed my order over the phone. They directed me to the manager who I spoke with and rectified the situation without question. Stuck to his word and took care of the part as well as delivery. "I ordered 2 wiring harnesses for the Taotao atm50a1, not one but 2. Garenteed delivery was 7 to 10 days and guess what, they havnt even shipped either of them out In a week. I am currently canceling my order with this phony wannabe unprofessional company. Yet they are still trying to keep my money pleading I wait longer than the promised delivery date. About 1 month is how long it takes them to ship items out. They don't even carry products in stock. They wait on another supplier. This is a phony company filled with gimmicks and lies they tell. I hate txpowersports no wonder they are doing so bad. Their company speaks for itself it's total sh*t. "
