"Purchased a 380 pound scissor lift cart ESO LIFT Place my order on June 2nd 2018 . I received it on a broken pallet piece of cardboard on top with tape holding the piece of cardboard, no Box no manual missing parts. I bought it after 5 back surgeries so that I could lift heavy things into my car or up so I can work on them. They wouldn't work with me. they sent me the wrong manual, they didn't send me any parts I requested any after 4 months they sent an email September 26th giving me giving me 5 days to respond or they would close My return. I tried for 4 months to get the parts and the things I needed and now they've close my case . I was busy driving a 150 miles from my home looking at property to move. I didn't see an email Because it didn't say it was from Tyler tool. They closed my case and they said there's nothing they can do for me!! It's Obvious they strung me along with no plans to take care of a thing. They're A couple very nice employs that tried to help me on the phone and was obvious To them that I wasn't being treated right and they Couldn't believe it. I hope this company does as well as it treats its customers!!!"
"I ordered what was supposed to be a new right angle Milwaukee M18 drill it comes to my house beat up no Chuck key in a box that had no packing and no instructions and the Box said reconditioned I did not buy this on the verge of it being reconditioned I tried calling the people at Tyler tool and they gave me the run-around I will never ever buy a tool from this place again I bought the first band saw from them and they did not even give me a blade I give them a lot of money this place deception their ads are not true on eBay they tell you it's a new item you get it to your house and it says reconditioned there fake I wish I could get my money back never shop Tyler tool you'd be better off going to Pick n Save"
"Ordered a re-con'd B&D blower. When it came, in not bad time i have to say, it was rattling around in the box. the unit and all of its parts, (3), were free range in the shipping box. each part was single wrapped in only a thin packing polystyrene and the main unit not even protected. there was an empty, sealed box in the larger box. what a nice place that would have been for the 3 parts !!!! come on people, can you not spare the packing materials ? with some fairness however, i have ordered a number of tools from tyler tool / CPO Outlets and this is the first time i ve had an issue. i will not order er-con'd again."

"Ordered Makita tools from this company and they placed my order on hold and told me they needed to verify my information before shipping it out. After attempting to verify my address they kept telling me they could not verify that I lived at my address, even though it has been my address for the past 7 years. The guy on the phone "Sunny" said that I needed to cancel the order and place it again with Paypal because they could not verify who I was.
Two things; maybe they should provide that as their only option if they are so paranoid, and, they should update whatever "verification" system they have in place."

"My card was charged immediately. At first the customer rep tried to tell me that the charge was pending. I told her it was not pending because I was looking at my statement online. She continued to try and tell me that what I was looking at was wrong. I asked for shipping information and was told it was not available yet. I don't do business with companies who charge me before they even ship or even tell me when it's going to ship. I tried cancelling but the customer rep refused to cancel. She said I would have to return the product. I insisted that they don't even send it so that I don't have to pay for return shipping. Customer rep said they can't cancel shipping. What?!! You can't cancel shipping when you haven't even shipped or can even tell me when it's shipping? My bad for not reviewing this company first. Shady at best."
"I purchased a $889 pressure washer on Tyler tool. Next day I got an email that I have to contact them for a verification, which is cool. I callied and was asuured that my order is released and will be shipped today. Sins nothing came that week I called again and ones again was reassured that the order would be shipped today. I had to call the third time to hear the same. Beside that when I asked for a tracking info, they put me on hold and it was it. I send them an email to cancel the order and waisted a week instead of finishing the job. Tyler Tool is the worst shopping experience and I will never buy a nail from Tyler Tool."
"Tried to order a Ryobi cordless drill charger from Tyler tool. 3 times they sent the wrong item. Twice tried to get a manager on the phone but they never could get around to taking my call."

"I had a problem with my order contacted customer service and they are worthless. Do it yourself a favor and stay far away from Tyler tool or the parent company who owns it which is CPO Commerce. If you change your mind that give you 30 minutes to cancel your order and if they're closed it doesn't matter it's still 30 minutes which is a bunch of garbage. I would like to also say that i ordered a NEW saw and the box that they tried to deliver said RECONDITIONED on it. The item was refused and i had to dispute the charge on my credit card."
"Was looking for a power trimmer. Ordered a power trimmer. Received confirmation email. Order was later cancelled by Tyler Tool with out any explanation. When I called customer service, they simply mentioned that they could not honor the price any longer and that they had to cancel the order. I needed that trimmer for the weekend. Now, I need to start my search again. This company wasted my time. Never going to do business with them again."
