"Typical Dutch Stuff is the best website I have ever ordered anything from. The reviews from the past are bad (because there was a different owner) and I was very skeptical and was nervous on ordering from them to the USA. However, after multiple emails with Maarten (the new owner) I found out that they surpassed my idea of what customer service is. He was very patient with me and my skepticism and assured me that the order would arrive and provided me with a tracking number. Don't listen to any of the other reviews because I know this time of year is hectic with ordering online and he was very quick and very nice so GIVE THEM A TRY! Thanks so much"
"I placed an order with the previous owners in 2013 and never received it. However when I read about the new owners I contacted them and they immediately sent my order, no questions asked. I am super happy with their service and will be ordering again. Give these people a chance, they deserve it "
"I ordered 10 cans of milk powder from TypicalDuchStuff.com. I sent an email to ask some questions before placing an order, and I got answers immidiately from the owner Krol Maarten. He was very nice and convinced me that they are different than the previous owners of the website. I placed an order on Saturday night, then on Sunday my parcel is already sent to FedEx ready for shipping, and on Monday I got information that my parcel already arrived China Customs. Since my parcel was stucked in the Customs due to over weight and overvalues, Maarten informed me about the delay. I am touched by Maarten's attitudes and the services he provided. He did use his actions to prove that they are different than the previous owners. The service TypicalDutchStuff provided is the best I know so far. I have shipping in many Dutch websites for the similar products, but none of them is as good as TypicalDutchStuff, so I strongly recommand people to shop in TypicalDutchStuff, so do I.

"The new owners are fantastic and have gone above and beyond rectifying the mistakes that the previous owner had made. I emailed them stating that I had ordered a product a year ago when the company was managed and owned by another person (who is responsible for all of the negative reviews) and it had never arrived. Maarten and his wife shipped my order immediately, no questions asked. This is despite the fact that they would likely not profit from my order, or worse, it would cost them money. I urge everyone to give the company another try. The products are good and under new management, the products are shipped fast and the customer service is faultless. Despite my difficulty with the previous owner, I will be ordering with Typical Dutch Stuff again."
"This company did not deliver the ordered goods. They did not answer any of my emails or Phone calls. They send the invoice instantly so it seems they are in the company. There is not a sign of them after the payment . I send them emails to cancel the order and get my money back but also no respond. Till now it seems this company is not relyable/solvent we are very unhappy with this company "

"This company is a fraud, they do not send any goods, cannot be contacted phone. We ordered about 100 EUR of goods from them last summer, to no avail. Most internet reviews seem to have similar experiences, and I regret not having researched more thoroughly before. The police is on the case at the moment."
