"This particular purchase was very frustrating. The codes were not working, then as I sorted out the codes with Simon, then my cart would change. I would try to edit an order by adding 2 water bottles and suddenly my order total jumped by over $200. I saw my total range from $271 to $898 just by slightly changes in quantity. Then quantities would change on a product I never edited. So, I ended up dumping everything to start over. When I went $1.14 over the voucher amount I tried to put in the business card's billing address, but your site stalled out. So, I had to go back and start checkout all over again and put in my personal card (which I don't care much about due to the low overage) only because it seems your checkout process would not accept different billing and shipping addresses. I know, sounds crazy, but 3 attempts and all your site did was stall out. I've wasted a lot of time and had to end up using some of the voucher to get overnight shipping since it's taken several days to get this order completed. Simon is AWESOME! He is always prompt to help me. I would ask that the website function be brought to the same level of quality as Simon's efforts to take care of us. Thanks, Bryan"
