"Delivered my package in very timely fashion "

"I made an online purchase nearly a week and a half before I needed the items, as a birthday gift for my son, and paid for two day delivery. I still have not received my order two weeks later.

If I had not relentlessly called and emailed, I would have had no way of knowing my package wasn't going to be delivered on time. I am very patient and if I would have been contacted by U90 at any time during the process, that would have sufficed and would have probably lead to a better review. The day of the expected delivery, I received a very brief email response telling me that they were waiting for some specific lettering and since the package wouldn't be sent, I had the option of cancelling my order if I wanted. Frustrated, but determined I replied no, I'd like my belated birthday gift for my son, and I still have no idea when the order might be arriving. Everyday since, I have written a brief, polite email inquiring about my purchase.

Today, I was told that the items may or may not be ready to be sent, and in the case that they are, I'll get an email from FedEx. Wish me luck! I have never given a poor review of any establishment because I believe in supporting small businesses and I am not that difficult to please, however the utter disappointment, and lack of decent customer service compels me to help anyone else from avoiding a similar situation.

For U90, please do better! I plan on ordering again in the future because I do not think one bad experience should define you. I think a little correspondence goes a long way and communication is vital. I hope my next experience will better, and if so, the rating will reflect."

"I ordered two sets of chairs for my grandson's soccer team as all the local stores were out of stock. I was expecting to receive them within a week for game #2. after 5 days I contacted U90soccer for a status. I had received an email stating they had shipped on Friday and were expected to be delivered on the next Friday however FedEX showed them as shipping pending and not in transit. U90soccer checked for me and got right back to me to say they should be to me the following Tuesday. I was disappointed but relieved that had located them and apparently the weight had slowed the shipping down. I received the chairs on Wednesday and am quite please with them. Taking them to Game #3, go Panthers!!"
