"They are incompetent and the web site doesn't work properly. I updated my credit card and placed and order and got a message saying they couldn't validate my CC and to try again. I did with a 2nd card and got the same message.. I tried a 3rd time with the original credit card and it goes through this time... The order comes and what do I get... 3 of the item I ordered and I was charged all 3 times even though their web site told me it was declined.. "
