"UKTIGHTS.COM - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Have just had the most awful phone conversation with the company owner who absolutely abused me over the phone over 2 pairs of tights that I was chasing the order of. The website inputted the wrong home address when the order was made. In all fairness I did not notice this on the confirmation email. When I called to chase the order which still hadn't arrived, this was pointed out to me by one of the telephone agents. I was told I either have to pay for more tights or wait for those to be returned and then sent out again - the being told that's IF they come back and in which case I would get neither. When I stressed that I was going away and didn't have much time she told me there was nothing she could do. I asked for the manager to call back which I received a couple of hours later and which turned out to be the owner. She absolutely abused me over the phone because I would not pay for a second order of tights (expensive ones) calling me an IMBECILE and an IDIOT who doesn't even know their own address. I am on the phone to the bank as I type to get the payment reversed. The bank are livid for me! The owner of this company is a horrid woman with no compassion and no understanding that the customer IS ALWAYS RIGHT!"
