"Have had great experiences with the work done on the yard signs I've had UPrinting do for me. At times it takes me a while to finish exactly what I wished placed on the sign but the patience provided by UPrinting when I get stalled with the design helps me get what I want printed at at a leisure pace.
Will continue to have more signs done as long as ideas keep popping up in my head/mind!!!"

In response to a mess-up, horrible, terrible and badly done BANNER, the representative refuses to provide a fair solution SUCH A replacement. There was NO REVIEW at all of the uploaded artwork by the UPRINTING printing department. The final work I received is useless and a complete waste of money from my side.

"After paying for expedited shipping and one day printing the company decides to send my order 4 days late. Refuses to give a refund and classes me a extreme amount of time on a live chat in which every couple of moments they say that I'm being inactive therefore they're logging out. Greatly inconvenience my business and my staff, I asked that they FedEx and verified that an order of this size for two day shipping would cost roughly $50, you've decided to charge four times that. And cause me and my company and extreme inconvenience by lying and being deceitful. All of these items will be posted on every opportunity I have to review your business in every applicable way including the better Business bureau, trustpilot, Google reviews and wherever else I can find"
"I would give 0 star if possible! I spent over $150 for just 100 stickers just for their one day service and it turned out that they couldn't fulfill the order within one day. The only reason I ordered from them is the one day service. I contacted their customer support and I was told:"However, the order was placed on the website and we weren't able to advise you since there is no agent interaction or no one contacted us to check the order status. " This means the one day service is just a joke. You have to call in to check on the order status. And I don't know even if I did check the status and the shipment is still late, what other excuse they are going to use!"

After spending over $25,000 with this business over the last few years, we are finally done with them
They employ clowns in their print review dept, who have no idea about the print industry. 5 labels with exactly the same design, with the exception of 1 word well inside the border of the label, and we get 5 different notes from them telling us why they cannot print until they do a bunch of editing to the label
Just cancelled a $1300+ order with them as they cannot seem to grasp the basics or printing a re-order and insist on changing the design, which was perfectly fine the previous time, we ordered it.
We have had minor problems with them in the past, (which made us use alternative printers for a while until we were assured that the prior problems we had wouldn't happen again).
Other minor problems were sorted out before going to print. Not this time, they insisted that they couldn't print the same labels they have printed on 4 other separate occasions over the last couple of years.
Now a 7-10 day wait for a refund, which as a business owner myself I know is B/S. They have had their last $ from this business.
Yes, I know, more fool us for going back to them eh?
There are so many choices of printers out there that we should have changed from UPrinting a long time ago, and then stayed away
If this review prevents even one person from getting their printing done there, I will be happy
