"Do not order anything important from UPrinting. I ordered prints for my show almost two months in advance (over $1000 order, large canvas print), they messed up several times and even LIED to cover one of their mistakes. But I continued to give them a chance. Finally a week before my show, they told me they couldn't do it. So I scrambled to get another printer at the last minute paying almost double what I would have paid if I didn't have to rush the order ($2K). I was assured that my refund would be placed on my credit card (which I paid partially for the order) and not my company card because the budget year just ended. They assured me it would be refunded to my card alone but again, they messed up. I kept asking them to check and they finally called (2 weeks later) and said they refunded my order to other card. This has been the worst experience ever with a printing company. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM!"

"After ordering tags from another company that weren't what we wanted, we placed an order with UPrinting. Joe called us the next day to fix some problems with the graphics on our tags, and he made them look even better then our original design! He also fixed our order to one sided printing when we accidentally made it two sided, so we got a refund! On top of that, the tags came 6 days early. Way better customer service than the last company we used. Will definitely reorder when we run out of tags!"

"I ordered a large quantity of stickers for an event at the corporation that I work for and pay extra money to have the order delivered overnight. Never got them. I called and they said the order was in transit and it will take a few days more. I cancelled the order and they filled a ticket and told me a manager will call within 24 hours. They called me 2 days later and I asked for my 100% they told me I will get it, but I definitely will watch for it. I was told if I didn't need the sticker I could recycle them. When I got the package ...Surprise!! They were someone else's stickers. I feel sorry for that person too! What a waste of time, money and effort. My recommendation to you is to read the reviews before making your purchase and I don't recommend this company at all. I want to save you the frustration I had. "

"I called them to let them know about horizontal smudges due to tired digital printer. They put me on hold, they wanted me to email them photographs of the smudges, I just hung up on them. I do not have time to prove how bad their job is. I live in NYC, I can find a printer in my hood. The most expensive part of the job is the shipping, so why in the world would I use this company?"

"Ordered flyers & buisiness cards; quality was decent but it had a super strong scent of chemicals! I spent over an hour on the phone and they offered to give me 20% off of my next order. After heavy negotiation on my opening day they offered me 50% off, didn't agree and finally after another 30min. they offered to give me a full refound but I would still need to pay the shipping cost, Giving that I had to have something for my customers I ended up keeping them... Very disappointed from the poor customer service, I didn't ask for a scented paper!! Take responsibility and fix the problem instead to drain all my money!
they also sent me a request few times to review this order and when I finally did, they deleted it after 2 minutes!!!! SHAME ON YOU! What a waste of my time (and money!) -Tommy"

"Exceptionally poor quality. Colors do not match. I paid for the best stickers that they had and the adhesive will not allow the stickers to stick to most surfaces. They did call me and tell me that they gave me then end of the sticker roll and that they knew that it was of poor quality. they then offered to give me 20% off of my next order. If you produce a crappy product why would i want to spend more money with you? I wasted $300 dollars. Im going to throw their product in the trash and use spend a little extra to get what I paid for originally! STAY AWAY!!!"

when I receive my order I discover almost 400 pieces are printed with some marks (spots of a different color)
I contact with UPrinting and they request just a picture with labels that have been poorly printed.
After 2 days I receive 500 new labels (defect free )

"This order, bookmarks, is my first from UPrinting. The artwork was carefully designed to meet UPrinting specs. The color matching and image quality were excellent. Unfortunately the trimming was inconsistent rendering 90% of the pieces unacceptable because the centered artwork was way off center. An Online Chat with UPrinting was very helpful, and the person who assisted me offered expedited reprinting with overnight shipping. I was pleased with such responsive customer service. Sadly the PRINT QUALITY (both color and exposure) ON THE REPRINTED ORDER IS POOR. I know it could have been better because it was excellent on the initial printing. I reported my disappointment to UPrinting but don't expect to hear back. My experience taught me that , while customer service is excellent, I cannot depend on UPrinting products. Too bad."

"Since I have a blog, at times I want my business cards to stand out from everyone else. So I have cards from a number of different companies. I choose to order cards from UPrinting because they have round business cards. I ordered double sided cards with a photo on one side and my info on the other. The cards turned out great and they are really fun. The cards are very high quality with laminate of both sides. UPrinting has business cards in many different shapes and sizes for people who want cards that are a little different than the usual."

"This is a cheap online printer, but quality is extremely poor. I ordered a canvas print, and the ink started to smear and rub off so there are now white splotches all over the canvas. I also paid for 2 day shipping and it took 4 days to get to me. I won't be using them anymore and would not recommend them."
