"Don't ever order flowers from this people. This will be the first and last time I order flowers from them again. The flowers I ordered for Mother's Day were not fresh and don't look the same as it shown in the picture. I had upgraded my flowers to deluxe but it looked so cheap. I didn't even get my full refund, only gave me 20% off. I wanted to cancel my other order after seeing this one but they refuse to cancel my order. Poor customer service and they were not polite when they talk to you. I usually don't write reviews on anything I purchased but this people made me so mad that I have to write it. I would rather go to my local flowers or just buy flowers to do it myself. "

"I ordered Roses from usaflorist.com for celebrating my girlfriends fist birthday with me. I sent them to her work to surprised her but i was the one that was surprised. I spent extra money so they would be there in the morning and they got there after 1 PM. The flowers that were sent were not red roses like it was shown in the picture and the roses were old and wilted. They came in a very cheap vase and the picture showed three roses they only delivered one rose. Although the companies customer service was not bad i did get a refund of my flowers but I was told either we can redeliver another set of flowers or we can refund your money and pick up the old flowers. My embarrassment due to there service was something i have never experienced before in my life. You would think a company would care about its reputation and the reputation of its customers. When i was sent a picture of the flowers that were sent i could only imagine what my girlfriend and her friends must have thought of me, so i would say be careful of the company you do business with because this company will never get my business again"

"I ordered flowers on March 3rd to be delivered on March 4. Flowers were never delivered, so I emailed them on March 5th to ask what happened. Got a response that day saying they would check with the local florist and contact me when flowers were delivered. No followup, so I emailed again on March 9th. They apologized and offered to send an upgraded arrangement that day. I replied fine, just send it. On March 11th, I followed up again asking for delivery confirmation. Got back the exact same apology response with an offer to send an upgraded arrangement that day. At that point, I asked for them to refund my money, which they did. Very disappointing customer service. Apologies are fine, but there's no follow-through on their promises."

"I recently bought flowers for my girlfriends birthday from Usaflorists.com. I ordered the Teleflora's Party Bear deluxe size. The image on their website looks beautiful. They delivered the flowers to her work right on time. But the problem I have is with the flowers. When I finally got to see the flowers I couldn't believe that I actually paid $50.00 for this. The vase had about five flowers in it and the polar bear that came with order looked like they just found it outside on the street. I probably could have done a better arrangement picking weeds from my backyard. I wish that I could upload an image of the flowers I received so everyone could see what I'm talking about.
I'm very disappointed with my purchase.
Next time I will go to my local flower shop and deliver the flowers myself.
Beware before you place an order.
