I ordered a black one, paying a premium for it (I could have purchased a white one for ten bucks less) and I'll be damned if, nearly a month later, the keyboard I received was WHITE. NOT what I wanted, NOT what I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE."

"I went on-line to search for a BLACK keyboard for an HP Pavilion DV7-3080US Laptop. The USALaptopKeyboard.com site had one at a reasonable price. But when the keyboard arrived it was WHITE. I complained to the company but they said the white keyboard was of good quality and would work just fine. I explained to them that I could not put a white keyboard on a black laptop, and that this was NOT the advertised keyboard I purchased. I asked 4 times to please refund my money because this was not a keyboard I could use, but they refused over and over. Telling me that other customers had purchased the white keyboard and it worked fine. They refused to understand that I could not put a white keyboard on a black laptop. They eventually said that they did not have any black keyboards in stock. After much frustration I gave up. I have taken the loss, and will never buy anything from USALaptopKeyboard.com again. I would highly recommend no-one else purchase anything from them either. What they advertise may or may not be what you get. Also, they are NOT based in the USA, they are based in China, so getting your money back is next to impossible."
