"Avoid this company. I placed a prepaid order with this company at the beginning of July for a delivery that was to take place on August 14 (topsoil delivered by truck). The delivery never came. During the ordering process, USALM always seemed quick to answer emails, but from the day of my missed delivery and ever since, they have kept my money and never (I'm not exaggerating--I actually thought that they may have gone out of business, except that their website is still up) responded to any requests to either re-schedule the delivery, if a delivery was ever intended, or to refund my money. Their website has no phone number, forcing customers to rely on their email "customer service" system, which apparently allows them to totally ignore requests for refunds or, in fact, delivery of orders that have already been paid for. A phone number I did obtain from a credit card processor turned out to be a disconnected cellphone number. Luckily, I paid with a credit card and I'm now disputing the charge, but these guys even have the nerve to contest that by contradicting their own stated refund policies and claim that they give no refunds. A company that takes prepayment for an order and fails to deliver any product, completely fails to respond to the customer in any way and not only fails to issue a refund or credit but actually fights to keep money it didn't earn should be avoided. Please save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere."
