"Excellent customer service!! I ordered a mechanical timer to replace one that had stopped working. After the order, I found the electronic ones, and sent them an email asking to change the order. Within a few minutes, I received a reply. They took the time to verify with the vendor the timer I wanted was a drop-in replacement, and after doing so cancelled the original order to I could reorder.

Shipping was FAST!!! I received the new switch withing a few days, even though I ordered it the cheapest way possible."
