Did not deliver my entire order, promised refund but never delivered that either

"I ordered five 12x18 national flags from this website. A week later, only three arrived. When I asked about this, they said that they were being shipped from another warehouse, but would cancel them if I preferred. I said yes, please cancel and refund the difference, they agreed to this by email. Two weeks later, no refund. I asked again, and they said the refunds usually take about two to three weeks and that I should see it shortly. A week later I contacted them again, asking about the refund and got no response, so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, which resolved the issue in my favor."

Horrific Customer Service/Shop Elsewhere

"Placed an order on 5/11/16. Changed mind, and was going to cancel and then re-order larger pole/flag. Emailed within 5 hours of placing order to cancel. Never received confirmation of cancellation. Emailed again, then called within 8 hours of placing order. The lady who answered the customer service line was absolutely the rudest individual I have spoken to in a very long time. She refused to cancel my order, was very hateful and stated it had already been processed. I had looked at the status prior to placing the call, and the status said processing - not processed. I know how the order process works, as we owned 4 retail sites for 10 years. She simply did not want to cancel my order - wanted the money. Absolutely pathetic customer service, well zero customer service for that matter. She continued to argue the fact with me, excessive rude tone, attempted to hang up on me mid conversation. We will never shop with this company again, and will be telling all of our family/friends and local neighborhood HOA's to purchase their flags elsewhere. "

"I recently had the pleasant experience with a company that seems to really care about its customers and products. I was online at www.usaflags.com and ordered a special flag, that is with a pole hem and fringe, that they needed to add to the flag. I called them and they explained how to correctly order. I’m sure that if I had not called I would have ordered the flag all the same but it felt good to be able to trust someone at their establishment anyway. I received my flag and it is beautiful. I highly recommend this company. They are A++++++++"

"I wish I had read Jennifer's review before ordering. 17 days after ordering the flag I still don't have it. Supposedly USPS lost the order, but usaflags has not taken care of the issue.

In fact, one of their phone representatives threatened a libel lawsuit if I reviewed their service online and told my story. I have had phone conversations and email exchanges with them. The last email from them told me they were working on it and would get the flag to me. I suggested that they expedite the item to me and that if the post office found the item that was supposedly lost they could have it returned to them.

The main reason I went with usaflags.com was not their prices, it was because they said I would have the order in 3 to 5 days, not 17 to never days.

I will be working to get a refund on the product. We'll see what happens.

I looked for days for a cotton American flag of this quality. I finally found it at usaflags.com. They shipped it the next day and it’s beautiful. Much better than I expected. Super satisfied. I’ll buy from them again.

"I ordered 48 4x6 flags from usaflags.com on October 29 because I wanted to take them to the National Cemetery for Marine Corps birthday on November 10. The site claimed 3-5 days for shipping, so I figured that was fine. It wasn't. Marine Corps birthday came and went. My credit card was charged for the purchase but still nothing arrived. I emailed the company twice through their website; they responded to the 2nd email to say my items were shipping. Another week went by and I received nothing, so I sent another email asking if items had shipped. I got a very rude email back telling me the tracking on the package indicated the flags would arrive the next day. They did indeed arrive the next day (8 days from date of shipping - not 3-5), three weeks too late to be of use to me. And the final kick in the butt? They are cheap and nasty looking, nothing at all like the flag pictured on the site!"
