"US Auto Lighting is a complete SCAM. The phone number is bad, online chat is always offline and no communication after your money is gone. Only after I threatened w/ litigation did Dmitry Taryanik respond. He said that our amount would be refunded. It never was and my c.c. company credited my account. Don't order anything from this guy. US Auto Lighting,Innco Parts and USA Parts in West Sacramento use the same address and phone number. Stay clear!!"

"I have a similar unsatisfactory business transaction with this company. I trusted their advertisement and assumed they were legitimate due to the method of payment however; I have serious concerns at this time. I have diligently attempted to contact the company with no success. I have emailed them, yet they fail to respond. One almost gets the impression that they don’t exist, yet when you place your order, the monies are withdrawn in a timely fashion. I am in the process of attempting to recoup my funds and hope that no one else falls for this scam.

"I placed the order on April 13. After checking on my order for over a week and the website saying processing I became worried and started checking reviews where I came upon this website. I saw the bad reviews and got worried. I emailed them and called and left messages with no response. After another week, I check the website and it switched from processing to shipped. I still was worried I got scammed. The shipping date was the 29th and I recieved it on the 5th of May. I was worried I got scammed but I did recieve the part, If they were to answer emails and return phones or any thing that resemble customer service I think people would be more understanding. Ultimately I did get the part for my jeep at a great price. Product and Pricing Excellent, Customer Service less that very poor."

I did receive the item I ordered from this company. The customer service is non-existent, but the part did arive 12 days after my credit card was charged. I did contact my credit card company and filed a dispute against the charge, so maybe that's what prompted them to ship my order. Either way, this company does have the ability to fill orders and send the actual parts.

"This company is a scam. Unfortunately, I trusted Google and figured that if the company was going through them for payment that it was kosher. It isn't! They took my money and ran. No product, no customer service, false tracking number, etc. Tried emailing and calling tons of times, and no answer. Don't do business with these people. Now I have to try to figure out how to get my money back. Am a mother of five and don't have resources for scams like this. :("
