"I ordered a laptop battery in early August and still do not have it. However, they contacted me and showed me that UPS delivered it somewhere. They agreed to send me a new one. I will revise again when it arrives.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I placed a $300 order on 07/24/13, and the payment was immediately debited off of my credit card. However, as of today (09/09/13) I still have not received my order. The company supposedly opens at 8am PST, but I can never get anyone to answer the phone before at least 9am PST. No one answers e-mails to either the Customer Service or Support addresses. No one answers when you try to chat on their website. I have spoke with 4 different reps, who all promise I'll receive my order within the week. I spoke to the supposed owner of the company (an Asian gentleman who calls himself "Steve") on 09/03/13, and he refused to overnight my order until I pointed out to him that his company's negligence has cost my company a significant amount of money; he then promised I'd receive them by 09/05/13 (and of course I still haven't). They offer very good prices, but if I'd known it would be this much trouble, I would have ordered from someone else and paid more money. The discount is not worth the headache. I feel this company is fraudulent. Also - on 09/03 they had a BBB listing at the bottom of their page, but as of today it has strangely disappeared."

The website is easy to navigate, and help is available to help you choose the correct product. I ordered a laptop battery, and their price was much lower than anywhere else. I had a problem with the shipping due to an inventory problem, but the seller responded to my inquiries quickly and made sure that the problems were fully resolved and that I was completely satisfied.
