After I checked out, I wanted to add another item to my order, so I emailed customer service. They responded promptly and added the item as requested. Handling is a tad slow, but once it gets out the door, they use a relatively fast shipping method; the product arrived about two business weeks after ordering. I had a very good experience overall."
