"I spotted some incredibly cheap GPS receivers in their outlet store, but while the shipping on a single item was reasonable, the shipping to order ten was just silly. (I put in a group order with a bunch of geek friends.) It doesn't cost ten times as much to ship a single larger box! So I emailed sales@ and asked for a combined deal, and THEY WORKED WITH ME to make it happen. A lot of other companies would shrug, but Eric was happy to put together the package and invoice me for the actual shipping amount, saving me a pile of money.

The package arrived a week later in perfect shape, and all the receivers were untouched in their original boxes, and worked flawlessly despite being last year's model. I'll be back next time I need GPS equipment!"
