"I ordered a couple of items totaling $80. The box arrived looking like it had been stamped on or thrown by staff, the items inside completely destroyed beyond repair. Six months of attempts to speak with staff or claim compensation got me nowhere as they make their claims process as complex and un-user friendly as conceivably possible. $80 down the drain, no apology, no accountability, no replacement from this absolutely horrendous company. Avoid at all costs."

"My husband and I were on vacation in Utah. The man's perfume was forgotten in the villa. The concierge went to the post office to send us a perfume in South Carolina. The post office convinced her that the glass bottle could be safely shipped in a regular paper bag, and she was not offered insurance, just a fragile label on the envelope. As a result, I got a broken bottle. When filing a claim on the USPS website, I was not even given the opportunity to apply, since there is no insurance! Who Should be Responsible for Negligence? I paid for the mail delivery service, but did not receive my item in the end, as it was a broken bottle with spilled perfume. What kind of irresponsibility? The perfume costs $ 250 and for me it is not a small amount of money. It was my birthday present for my husband."
"These USPS thieves at it again. my box is a neighbor cluster box; however when I order a package, it gets put into the main box and the key is slipped into my box. these thieves lied they delivered my product but when I went check there was nothing. I'm guessing the driver stole the package and stuck the main box key into the main box as if someone already took the package lol. These thieves think they're slick and its about the 5th time I've dealt with USPS thieves stealing package I order from EBAY. like I keep telling sellers to stop using USPS because it reflects poorly on the sellers even though it's not their fault. Like I said in my other reviews about USPS...if your part of the leadership team for USPS, fire your managers because they're protecting their thief employees. This systematic burglary will eventually catch up to them and you as a leader because your part of the problem if you don't help fix it."
"They changed my package delivery date three times but I waited at home for the never delivered package. Instead, a " sorry we missed you " card was placed in my street mailbox. The carrier was too lazy to get out of his van to knock on my door. When I went to the Post Office to get the package, I was told the new carrier doesn't understand what delivery is. I was directed to call in a complaint, but when I finally reached a live person, I was disconnected."
"Postal clerk accepted my package for overseas shipping, accepted my payment for postage and package was returned to me 10 days later. Postal clerk failed to identify shipping box not suitable for overseas shipping. Postmaster refuses to give full refund or credit to ship another box. Shameful when a business uses these kind of methods to get to peoples money!!! "

"I have sent a package using a "First-Class Package International Service" on December 14, 2020. I went on deployment and I came back on April 2021 to find out that my package was stuck in Jacksonville, FL since January 21, 2021. I went to this post office and after they track it they were with no help. All they've said is that the package has been denied. I tried to call the post office but, there is no representative to solve my issue. This package cost me in total, including the shipment price of around $200. This was UNSAT."
"Received notification that my package has been delivered to postal box (so I know it was not stolen). No package, no one at the post office can tell me where it is, they have no idea why I received notification stating that it was delivered since I don't have it. No help, no answers. "My experience has been absolutely horrible. Needed a package for business. It was shipped Priority, expecting it to arrive within 5 days. Well it's been 11 day and still no package. I do not recommend the USPS. They are a perfect example of how bureaucrats do business. They're incompetent, should be allowed to go belly up, but they get tax payer money to bail them out. I tell everyone I talk to not use them."
