"I purchased a chrome part for my jeep grand Cherokee on e-bay. It was packaged in a box and wrapped in a foam wrap. I pulled it out of the foam wrap and box. It already had 2 scratches on it. So they sent it out with scratches on it. I went and requested a return for damaged item. The next day I received an email asking for pictures of the scratches and the box. It is nearly impossible to take pictures of scratches on a chrome item. My husband helped me and I sent them in the return item area of my order page. Three days later they sent me another email again asking for the pictures. I already sent them 4 days ago. The next day I received an email from them asking if a $35 credit if I keep the scratched item. My jeep has low miles and in excellent condition, why would I put a scratched piece of chrome on it. They also wanted more pictures of the whole item and whole box. I then sent more pictures and no, I want a refund. The next day I received an email saying they sent my request to the warehouse. The next day I asked e-bay to step in because it was already a week. How long were these people going to drag this out? E-bay sided with me and I received a return label immediately. I then received the refund shortly after they received the return."

"UD Autoparts provides only a 21 day return policy. They don't even provide you a full month. They also require you return ship it to them with two day shipping.
Not that I support jcwhitney, but they provide you a 60 day return policy window. Most merchandise companies provide you at least a 30 day window."
"I ordered a Power Steering Pump for my car. It showed up in great condition and I installed on the car. Now I need to return the CORE. The instructions are so inconvenient and confusing it make it almost not worth it.
1. Cost is on you.
2. The packing reads to return the core in original manufactures box, then in the instructions it tells you to place that box into another and ship it. This adds cost of box and added weight to the shipment.
They should make returning the CORE much easier. "
"I ordered a couple of clips to replace my bumper. I've emailed them twice asking for a shipping and nothing. After seeing the other reviews I'm a bit worried as the company hasn't replied to me. This after waiting 2.5 hours for a callback (I was only #2 in line.) While the person on the phone was pleasant, I am still sitting here with parts that don't fit."
