"Twice tried to use - twice the same BAD experience:
1st time ordered a part, then 4 days later they came back to say it was Broken, wouldn't ship one that was intact.
2nd time ordered an item listed "in stock", now 4 days later Nothing In Stock...are they really that out-of-touch with their own inventory? or are they lying and scamming people just to collect personal information? China."

Buyer BEWARE save your money, time and nerves. I wish I red about them on ResellerRatings before I placed my order. They simply would not let me cancel it so I needed to file a dispute with PayPal.

"Really poor service. Picture of part was what I needed. Sent the wrong part and told me the picture was only "representative" of the part for sale. WTF!!! I'm still waiting for an RMA so I can send the mystery part back. I will never buy from these guys, again."
"Wow, I wish I would have looked here first...these guys really do suck. I ordered a passenger side rear window regulator for my wife's car. Showed up pretty quick (2days) so I went to replace it today and after getting the old one off and trying to put the motor onto the new one I realize they sent me the wrong flippin part! Most annoying part is the packaging all says it is the right one...but it is exactly a mirror of the other one I have...so I know it is not. Anyway, I called the customer service, got the run-around for a bit, and then took about 20 minutes to get me a new one ordered. Now my cars window is sitting open, I still don't have a part and have to wait a week to get it basically since it's a long weekend. This place sucks!"
"Rec'd Window motor very fast. Still waitng for the RMA # to return core. When I was purchasing, was told would get Instructions after ordering, I am still waiting. Found they are good for small itmes, would not recommned for large purchases or anyhting with a core exchange"
"Customer service is from Taiwan or China.On first order they shipped brake discs that not fit and after 5 emails in a week still waiting for a returned label to be send and nothing!I open dispute with Amex.On second order I cancelled before shipment was made and received email 3h later that they shipped so I cancel at FEDEX and open a second dispute with AMEX.Should I continue??There are better companies to deal believe me.Parts maybe are cheap BUT if they dont fit you are going to be stuck with them.Just RUN..."

"I ordered 2 MOES3631 Tie Rod Ends. However, one of the Tie Rod Ends was missing the rubber boot (polychloroprene seal). I called on Saturday about the missing part and got the run-around from usautoparts customer service. I explained the issue and then I was transferred to another department or put back in the queue, because the customer service rep did not know how to handle the issue. During one of my calls, I was told I would be on hold for 2 minutes, but no-one came back. After being on hold for 30 minutes, the automatic system asked me to leave a message. I called back, put on hold, then 5 minutes later, I was disconnected or hung up on. I sent an email to the ****@**** stating the missing the part. They replied, we regret to inform you that the part#: MOES3631 you ordered doesn’t include the rubber boot. Emailed a few more times, still got the run around, even sent them a photo of the missing part. Then they offered an $8.00 credit. I will never do business with them again. "
"BUYER BEWARE!!! Ordered tail lights. Never rcvd an invoice with order #, only PayPal rcpt. They did arrive well packed and on time. Price was cheapest on the net. Things seemed good, UNTIL, the left tail light would not sit properly in the housing! Chatted with support (that's when I rcvd order #, took 20 minutes), said I would receive RMA #, return label & complete instructions in 2-3 business days (which is weird). NEVER HAPPENED! I contacted again after waiting allotted time. Was told again that I would rcv e-mail. Again, NEVER HAPPENED! Contacted a 3rd time and was ignored! I am stuck with a tail light that is improperly seated. Attached only with two butterfly nuts instead of the three it's suppose to be attached with. STAY AWAY from these creeps! Pay more & find a reputable company!!"
"I have used them a few times before for small items, but placed a larger order this time, and it has been a disaster. God help you if you need help from customer support. I ordered a radiator hose to go with a radiator and associated parts - they sent me something that doesn't even resemble a radiator hose, and its for another vehicle. After more than two weeks, the problem is still not resolved, They gave me an RMA but no FEDEX shipping label. After multiple calls to them, they sent the FEDEX label so late, it was no longer valid. I have told them how broken their services are, and I wont buy anything from them again. When they make a mistake (like send a wrong part) they actually take longer to correct the problem than their standard order process - that is not customer service."
"Plastic interior card handles broke (both of them) after a month. Can not return anything past 21 days or something. They were for a Toyota Corolla. They used cheap plastic. "
