"At first glance, looks well done, looks like bronze. Upon closer examination, several flaws, especially missing gold coloring at several spots. Also, the flag does not go far enough into the stake. Flag blows out with the slightest wind. I will be adding a hose clamp to keep it in."

"Upon purchase I received one email confirming said purchase. After that, nothing. I expected a shipped email but no. Called customer service and they said one item was on back order and once in both items would be shipped together and I would receive an email. Three weeks later I got and email saying one flag shipped. I called and inquired about the back ordered flag and was told it was in and it would ship the next day. DHL Express sent me a tracking #, but it sat with no activity. Finally it left at snail pace (3 days later) and was taken to the US Postal Service one state over from the shipping location. The next day, the other package left via DHL and did the exact same thing. The DHL tracking was really useless as it sat pending USPS drop off for several days. The tracking number given by DHL for the USPS did not work. A week later one flag showed up and the next day the other. So I give 3 stars for the fact my order sat for 3 weeks waiting for a back ordered item, but yet both shipped separately anyway in the end. The logistics is strange and has no real tracking. Why not use USPS only? Why was DHL even used? If that's what it takes to get a flag from these guys, I'll order elsewhere next time. "

"Original date of purchase was the Oct. 19th 2018. After a week of purchase date ....no email from company. I sent an email requesting information on purchase, 3 days later no reply . I get online, chat with Mr. Daniel. He listens to my complaint, "still no confirmation ". Chat two days later to Mr. Daniel again... he assures me, shipping will be contacting me... YEAH RIGHT!! Today is Nov the 3rd and still no flags. Mr. Daniels has done his part, I'll give them that much, but the rest of that company should be ashamed. Whoever is the owner to this company should know.... your employees aren't doing their job. Unfortunately I'm not close to this company, otherwise I would go speak my mind personally . I'll guarantee you U.S. flag store...
