"I ordered flags on or about 5-10-18 for Memorial Day. The flags were to be placed on graves in our family cemetery in honor of our veterans. Invoice Date 5-14-18 Invoice # INV908, They were to arrive on or about Wed following my order according to the online process. I called for the next few weeks checking on them, with the last date of arrived to be June 25, so they could be put on graves for the weekend before Memorial Day, My flags did not arrive until June 30. Luckily my boss had ordered the same flag for a July 4th project and I was able to borrow enough for the cemetery and replace hers when mine finally arrived. This was all a stress not knowing if I was going to be able to honor our veteran properly for the family.

I spent 20 minutes on hold and when I spoke to a customer service representative I was assured that the order was being processed and that they were experiencing a computer system update which is why I had not received any communication. Memorial Day came and went and I had to buy flags somewhere else. UPS left a notice on my door saying that someone had to be present to accept and sign for a package, which I assume was my flags. I never received any communication from the flag store saying that my items had shipped or a tracking number. When I called to inquire the number did not work and after I emailed customer service I have not heard back."
"Shipping took alittle longer than expected but product is very durable and easy to assemble. Look great and solar light puts the final touch on the flag. Will recommend product to friends and family."
"I order a large amount of flags for my cubscout to sell for a fund raiser on manorial day weekend and when it was close to the date I called and asked where the flags where and they said we were doing and up grade to our system and we are a week behind At that points I asked if they were going to be here in time and they promised they would and they were slotted for over night deliver but unfortunately I didn’t get them for a week and a half later not happy that they lied they never sent them over night

I tried calling and the automated system hung up on me.

"I haven’t even gotten my flagpole that was ordered over 11 days ago and still waiting. First flagpole I ordered was on backorder and was never told of it, had to look at my order online to find it out. Was told by customer service that a estimated fulfillment date couldn’t even be told to me. I opted to order the next size up and was told it was in stock, great. Not so great 11 days now and it still isn’t enroute to me. I truly expected better from this company from the online reviewsi read, I believe these are being generated by staff members. Once I finally get my flagpole, maybe my opinion will be different. "
"I ordered a Mexican flag as my wife is Mexican and we fly both the American and Mexican flags at our residence. I ordered thru US Flag due to description of the QUALITY of the flag but it turned out to be no better than those I have found at festivals and flea markets. My flag has already started to come un-sewn on the edge.

"I have ordered from US Flag store a few times and been satisfied until last order. I ordered a 3x5 flag, and they sent me a 4x6. They say easy returns, but if you don't have an account with them they don't have order information. I found order receipt and even entering the order number they still couldn't come up with order. I had to call, and was on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up. I called back and on hold for 20 minutes. Someone finally answered. I waited 2 weeks before calling to check on replacement and stayed on hold for 46 minutes before hanging up. Not worth the hassle. I went to Christmas Tree Shops and bought a flag."
