"I ordered 10 2008 US Mint Presidential Proofs that were listed on the website. The site states they only accept personal checks, no credit cards. At first this seemed a little suspicious. But I chose to send in my personal check anyway.
Two weeks later I received a package containing 10 2009 US Mint Presidential Proofs. Immediately I went back to the website and sent an email to the email listed on the site stating that this was an error.
I waited for a response and when none came, I decided to call them at the phone number listed on the site. When I called, I discovered that the number was not in service.
In response, I emailed Yahoo Merchant Services and they asked me to contact the merchant but I explained that I could not get a hold of any one using the contact numbers provided through the site. They were all dead ends.
One day later, I received an email from someone named Matt Lerner at ****@**** He said they had been away for the weekend and said that was the reason they did not respond. He then asked me to send the products back and that they would refund my money and reimburse me for the $5 shipping.
This was 3 weeks ago. I have tried emailing Matt multiple times but he does not respond. I have since filed complaints with Yahoo Merchant Services, the i3c Internet Crime Complaint Center (aligned with the FBI) and the Pennsylvania Better Business Bureau.
Whatever you do, do not order from this website. It is a scam.
They defrauded me for $200.
Stay away from them!

Update: December 2009

All on my own, I managed to find the name of the owner of the website. Using the internet as my only guide, I found out where he lived and worked. I called him directly and asked if he was indeed the owner of the site and he accepted that he was. I explained my situation and without any hassles, he sent me a check for the amount in question."
