"I've bought from this company before (back when it used to be known as conoscoUSA), and despite a horrible experience I decided to give them another chance. Purchased a ticket for a special engagement (a one time only show), and everything seemed to flow through smoothly. However, when I (VERY POLITELY) requested the status of the ticket the next day (again, this was a special engagement and could be sold out very quickly), they said that I would receive the ticket the morning of the show. When I (again, politely) asked if there was any chance of expediting the purchase, the customer service rep "Natalia" was VERY rude to me and flat out started attacking me. This is the first time I've ever encountered such an overtly rude customer service rep -- I bet she wouldn't have the guts to talk to me like that to my face. I'm trying to contact the company's owner "Jackson" so I can file a complaint against his rep (but for all I know, it could be his wife/daughter, as this seems like a small business).
Overall, I am VERY dissatisfied (TWICE), and will never shop from this company again."
"The site tends to be a bit slow at times, and you have to order the tickets in advance, I can't just order like 5 minutes before a showing, but besides that I like the site.
I saved a lot of money by using the coupon code '400'. Without a coupon, you're better off buying it at the theater, but with the coupon '400', I was able to save some money over retail."
