"Received two pocket watches- package said MADE IN CHINA-When I called for a Refund a Hispanic accented rather rude male couldn't locate the order # or my email address & told me that they were NOT Made in China but manufactured there! I was told to ship them back-NO shipping label would be provided-and only then would I be refunded-also said instructions for setting the watches had been sent in an email-checked while on the phone & he said they would RE-SEND the instructions (that had not been sent in the first place!) When I said I would be sending a very negative Review he laughed & told me that they had plenty of customers and my review didn't matter SCAMMERS-NOT PATRIOTS "
"Ordered a watch (b1g1f) and got billed for 2 flags, a hat, and the stupid "Gold Trump Bill" ? I was all but called a liar and told the Thief on the phone that I contested the order within minutes and that I did NOT order the list of crap that they were billing me for . He said There's nothing he could do because it had already shipped. I called back and asked for a tracking number and they told me the shipping was backed up and it hadn't shipped yet ? Chinese Garbage arrived (well part of the Garbage, I guess they split the order up ? ) and The entire order rates absolute Zero on the "Quality Gauge" ! I'm sure they will lose No Sleep and continue to rip off retired American Patriots with their scam operation.. Live and learn "
"Ordered 5 Christian Eagle Coins and when they came they had "Made In China" on them! They are a fraud. Don't be fooled by the name USA Patriots it's just a trick to get you to think they are made in the USA. They use President Trumps image on the advertisement to say that if you are one of the first to respond you get a free coin only pay shipping and handling. Then when you click on their ad, they try to talk you into order more. They are not who you think they are! BEWARE!!!! "
"This store is terrible! I ordered a 2 point sling from them and they never sent the item. I tried calling and emailing them and got no reply. I bought it using Paypal so luckly I opened a case with them. Even after Paypal was brought in they didn't reply. Stay away from this scam website."
"Ordered on the 31 and got everything the next day. Great service and I even had some questions and they were able to find them for me. I'm AF so some of the new uniform issues are a problem, they were good at getting me the correct items.Will use them whenever I need anything."
"Just as the other guys said, I ordered items that didn't show backordered. After they charged me almost immediately and I didn't get my items in a couple weeks, I inquired. The only reply I got was "on hold". I figured that out myself, I wanted to know why. After several emails and an unanswered phone call I still have no idea what is happening. I have made two requests now for a refund and have had no response. I have a month in this now. Don't buy from this outfit, tell your friends not to buy from them. If this is their idea of "By soldiers, for soldiers" then they should be ashamed. "
"Ordered items that were not shown backordered on the website. Recieved no confirmatory email at all. A week later, i emailed them and was informed of the backorder, which would be filled at the end of the week. More than two weeks later, still backordered so i cancelled the order. To their credit the order was cancelled same day and credited back within a week."
"I ordered a pair of Matterhorn 3000's on Thursday March 6th. Called to make sure the order went through. The lady told me that it had and that the item was out of stock so needed to be drop shipped from Corcoran/Matterhorn directly. Ok, no sweat. I ask for a tracking number, and I was told it would be sent to me via email. Email never showed up. Called back then next day to get the tracking number manually. The lady then tells me no order was placed with Matterhorn and that they actually had it in stock and she was getting it ready for shipping via UPS GROUND as we spoke. Asked for a tracking number, again, call tomorrow. Fine. Called the next day for the tracking number. Was then told that it was actually sent through the post office and should be on my doorstep no more than 2 days later. Waited 4 days, just to give them the benefit of the doubt. Called back exactly one week after my order was placed and supposedly shipped, on Thursday March 13th. Customer Service wouldn't even answer the phone (called all throughout the day, not once did they pick up). Had to connect the some other dark corner of their building so the nice man could hunt down one of customer service girls for me, and when he finally did, she got somewhat huffy with me. Anyway, I finally asked her why it was taking so long for my boots to arrive if they were shipped over 4 days ago (even Pony express wouldn't take that long..). Well, turns out, IT STILL WAS NEVER SHIPPED.
In short, avoid these guys. I was lied to 3 times, they became increasingly more difficult to reach (ducking my calls perhaps?...), and while my card was charged ricky tick, I have yet to lay eyes on my order."
