"I needed a laptop battery replacement and "Googled" to find the part. Normally I'm very careful about my purchases but didn't research this company and I paid for it. They sent the right part (from Singapore) and it took over 2 weeks with absolutely no emails to let me know the status; I never even got an email with a invoice or order#. Well the battery pack finally arrived and it was damaged. I took photos as requested, even a close up of the s/n so they could see it wasn't a switch. Well they denied my claim. Fortunately is was only $72 dollars I threw away. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! You're Warned! "

"I was sent a smaller battery. When I contacted them they told me it would fit. I told them when I buy a gallon of gas I expect to get a gallon of gas not a cup. Sure it still fits and works the same but is smaller. I had to contact PayPal. They agreed with me but requested I return it to Hong Kong even though their return address is in Canada. Shipping to me from Hong Kong was less than $5.00 return to them was close to $50.00. More than the battery cost. So in my oppinion payPal and USBATTERY.NET scammed me out of my money."

I wanted a battery quickly and based on some other postings, it looks like it'll be 30 days. If PayPal doesn't help out, they will lose a customer, too. "I ordered batteries for a Nikon camera. When I noticed my money sent from Pay Pal was being sent to Hong Kong, I sent an email within 30 minutes to cancel the order. I have sent emails twice per day since then to both ****@**** and Lam Shuk Ling who received my funds from Pay Pal. I have not received a response. I found a return item policy on their web page and it listed an address in Canada. I looked up the address in google maps and it's a residence. I have not received the batteries yet, but everything looks real suspicious. Buyer beware, I'll update this if I ever receive the batteries

When I did not initially received a confirmation email after 24 hours, I emailed them and received a prompt response that they had received my order. I received the batteries nine days later in good condition. They are working well thus far. Will have to test how long they last in camera. I would use this seller again. This is a legitimate seller. Paypal payment was noted to be to Lam Shuk Ling."
