"Ordered a laptop battery, I received no confirmation email. So I called to find the status. Hung up on once, called back. Told I would get a phone call back. No call, called again, told the system was down and that they would call me back. No return call. Called a 4th time. Told that my item was on back order. Asked to cancel the order. The customer service rep told me she couldn't do that. I would have to wait a week. Asked for a supervisor, the supervisor was out because they were busy. Then I was hung up on again. Not doing business with them again. Hope to get my money back sometime soon.

UPDATE
The order was not canceled. They just ignored my request after they told me that they would. They also offered me a discount which never appeared. And I still have not received my order nearly 2 weeks after placing it.

UPDATE 2
My battery died within 4 months of use. I was given an RMA and an option to buy another and then have it refunded once the defective product was returned. I shipped it back and foolishly didn't have tracking for the package. As you may guess, they say that they have not received it.

My final advice, do not do business with this company.

So I was contacted by the company about 4 weeks after I sent the battery back, and they said they would ship me a new one free of charge. I don't know if they actually received the return, but they did follow up on the return after several complaints. The battery is working fine after about 4 weeks. The bottom line is my faulty battery was replaced."

"We Bought a Laptop adapter for our HP pavillion dv 6265 from this store to replace our lost one. Nothing was wrong with the computer other than missing an adapter. I ordered one from Ushopfast.com without knowing it was not official HP. I contacted them an hour after i ordered to cancel my order. They said it was too late, and it was already sent. I was afraid that this inferior product may mess up my pc, and they give me their guarentee if anything happens they will replace the laptop. I said I will return it when it gets there if it doesnt work, and I asked them if they will guarentee their product, and they said their will be no problems replacing our laptop if anything happend. Soon after it looked like everything was fine, and then the computer shuts off and wont start. We sent in the laptop and about a month of contacting them and even talking to the president Harry Wong, they said they will repair the damage: Burnt motherboard. We ship our laptop to them and wait a month. They say that they cant fix the problem and we are SOL. I demand they fix it and a month later they say they still havent fixed it. I am so frustrated at this point I just want to have the laptop back. I demand my laptop back 4 times, before they actually send it. Their $15 adapter that i tried to cancel and still they sent, destroys a $2000 laptop. NEVER Shop at USHOPFAST.com they sell products that are cheap, and will offer no support. Even their phone line is full of loops and require you to wait 10mins to even talk to an operator. They are ripoff artists and do not care for their customers. Bad Company and I will never do buisness with them again.
At present Laptop has no sound, is alot slower, and will not stay on unless plugged in at all times."
