"Venicom - USHOPWIRELESS is a wonderful company. Not only did they fix my original problem, quickly and without any issues, they got my phone to me very fast. Customer service has been very informative and helpful with all of my questions and took the time to research information that wasn't common knowledge. The Tmobile Wing that i purchased worked great, but after a couple of days the earpiece speaker stopped working, upon calling Vericom they very efficiently resolved my problem by sending out a replacement phone(I was still within the 14 grace period). I would recommend this company to anyone who wants great service while purchasing a cell phone."
"Ordered a T-Mobile MDA in November 2006, with rebates to come at 4,5, and 6 months. That would have been March, April, and May. No rebate yet and they are still getting approved. Just like the other reviewer, it now seems like a scam, and I am out the $275 they promised. By the way, I too followed the rebate instructions to a T, and I kept copies of everything to prove it.
I do not recommend this company to anyone. The only reason they don't get the lowest rating in all categores is that they did have decent customer service in the beginning."
"I have ordered a Blackberry with a special rebate promotion from Venicom back in Oct. 2006, and sent my rebate forms, followed their process to the T. And I haven't received back one cent yet. I am following up with them since 6/27/07, made several calls (always end up talking to a Gary, seems the only guy working there), and each time it is the same story: the rebates have been accepted, then processed then approved, but nothing has been mailed yet. I am not 100% sure, but so far, it seems like a big scam to me. If I don't hear anything back by the mid sept. 2007, I will file a complaint with the BBB of Phoenix. Pascale Headley."
"I ordered two Blackberry 7100t mobile phones through ushopwireless.com (aka, Venicom). The cost was $100 each plus $20 shipping each. The $100 mail-in rebate forms arrived with each phone, so they will essentially be free. Both phones arrived a couple of days after I ordered them. Customer service has been very good. I had a change to make to the t-mobile plan and they took care of it right away. Also, the charger for one of the phones did not work out of the box. Venicom had a replacement part to me the next day. Great experience so far. As long as the rebates go smoothly, I will be very happy."
