"Great place for the kids to learn and enrich their learning & social skills, very important as they get ready for their school years."
"To be honest i hated the school for the first 1 1/2 year because of management and putting our kids in danger. When there was a fire drill the management would just take the kids into the hallway. Now since we got new management there has been a complete 180 for the better."
"The old leadership could have been better and ran the center down. The newest director is rebuilding the brand that we fell in love with. I'd love to have a year where my children could actually attend 5 days a week before having price increases thrown at us..."
"I hate that we have to keep or kids home 1+ days a week. The inconsistency affects their behavior and the younger child has had setbacks with potty training because of the constant employee turnover."
"The teacher is great - very involved and engaging with the kids and families. The curriculum is good as well. Only complaint is the constant short staffing and immediate resignations causing mandatory stay at home days for months."
"It seemed there was much more consistency when my daughter attended from 2017 to 2021. Teachers had more longevity, and classrooms seemed more organized."
"I love this program and its teachers and I am confident leaving my children in their hands!"
"I have been very disappointed with U-Gro. Ever since they were bought by Learning Care Group and a new director was brought in, the childcare center has gone downhill. Many parents left and took their kids elsewhere when the staffing shortages caused constant shut downs. The hours of the childcare center were seriously restricted during Covid and they never reverted back to their regular hours. If our kids weren't close to being done, we would have pulled them out long ago. I would not recommend this school to any parent looking for childcare. Look elsewhere."

"In general, we have had wonderful experiences with this school with both of our children. They are caring and flexible. Our biggest concern is the fact that there has been no retention of staff in the past 2 years. As staffing gets worse, communication has become a struggle. We have received open ended emails about needing to close classes with no definitive decisions. It is clear the stress of the situation is weighing on management and other staff. This will eventually impact programs and students."
"This school used to be a phenomenal asset to our family. Due to extreme turnover and what seems to be a lack of leadership, we are questioning if we will stay."
"No impressed what so ever. Never staffed properly. There was one time my kid had an accident and the teachers changed her pants but sent her home with urine filled shoes even though she had a change of shoes in her cubby."
"Great the first 1.5-2 years we were there, even through Covid. The last 1.5-2 years have been awful with teacher turnover and it seems as though the management doesn’t care about their teachers."
