"Love this school. But cannot stand the constant classroom closures."
"General experience is good, but the constant, and unpredictable closing are a huge turn off, especially for what we pay a week."
"Please see my response under problems. Staffing level has been an issues for a few years at UGRO now. My soon is in his pre-school class and they are asking for volunteers to not come each week. It's not a good look and makes a lot of parents frustrated."
"We have loved U-GRO since our older child started going back in 2019. Unfortunately things have not remained how they were back then. A lot of great teachers have left, and their replacements aren't necessarily the best choices. Due to the lack of necessary staff, ratios aren't always able to be met so classrooms are being closed for the day, which results in us having to find alternate care for our children. It's not always easy to do."
"Very friendly and engaging staff. Well maintained facility. I feel our kids are well cared for here."
"They are extremely grateful."
"Management has been supportive Teacher has lacked communication skills and been lacking empathy and compassion."
"It’s a great school , however communication is lacking from management about how the staffing issues will be remedied.. the stress put on families this year is unnacc"
"The staff is very kind and supportive. I feel comfortable knowing that my child is in good hands."
"Everything has been great except for the staffing issues. Being asked to volunteer our children to stay home has gotten ridiculous. If we were capable of keeping them at home while both having full time careers, we would. Having to shut down classrooms has affected us negatively and we sincerely hope that things will change in the future."
"Incredible staff. Very friendly and communicate. My son loves it there"
"It was good until recently, They are trying their hardest to hire, but it isn't going well apparently"
