"The registration process is terrible. It's 2023, we have these things called computers where you can enter common info once (address, names, phone numbers etc) and then apply that to whatever form/section is necessary. Instead you have these massive packets of forms to fill out with redundant, repeated information. I gave carpal tunnel from filling these out. It's not 1960, update your process already, terrible"

"Teachers and enrollment are down at least 50% but admin personnel remain at regular levels. How do you justify these admin costs when everything else is down significantly? It seems like you want to overcharge when enrollment doesn’t justify it."
