"We have generally had good experiences with the teachers at U-Gro. Most seem to genuinely care for our child and we can tell she is learning valuable academic content. However, we have repeatedly expressed concern over the air quality in our child's classroom, and the issue is never adequately addressed despite staff acknowledging that the circulation system is inadequate. The room smells. The air is stale. The solution has been to put up fans. If she did not have close relationships with the girls in her class and we didn't feel it would upset her to pull her out, we would consider doing so for this reason."
