"There has been a significant decline in communication and teaching staffs ability to teach. The past two classrooms have lacked a strong teacher in the class. Most times I see teachers sitting down and using a tablet or talking with other adults in the room vs teaching or interacting with the kids. The classrooms no longer feel like a school setting and more like baby sitting."
"My experience was great I like the way you treat them these teachers are really nice and friendly"
"My infant does not sleep. Having a separate room where babies can nap in the dark and quiet would be ideal. I realize that would mean paying for another caretaker to manage that room, but the environment in the infant room is not conducive to sleep needs for my child."
"We LOVE our son's teachers and we can tell how much they love him! It makes leaving our child somewhere so much easier because we know he's in the best hands."
"The teachers and staff are wonderful and really care about the kids. I feel very comfortable having my children stay at this center during the day and they come home happy!"
"We have had a wonderful experience at U-Gro. All of the teachers and directors are amazing with the children. You can tell they all genuinely care about the wellbeing and educational growth of each child. They are amazing with helping them through their big feelings they experience. We are truly grateful for the entire staff at our school!"
"My experience are great I'm really happy my child injoy this school"
"Positive experience. My child loves her teacher and is thriving."
"Infant room: fantastic. Staff were all wonderful. I felt my child was safe in this room. He had a great time, we had consistent updates with pictures, videos, messages, etc. He rarely if ever had diaper rash. Only one significant issue there that I observed on the livestream -- an older child who should have been transitioned out to a toddler room was suffocating my infant child. I had to call the assistant director to intervene because one staffer was on her phone and ignoring the situation. The other staffer was feeding another baby and did not notice. Transition to the toddlers: My child has experienced significant diaper rash & was fed certain food against medical advice. Staff members are so caring but there are not enough of them and not enough who consistently care for or know my child due to all of the turnover and change at this facility. The new lead teacher is kind, patient, and loving. She is not supported to the level she should be by the facility. I hope they will not lose her."
"In comparison to the last care provider that we sent our child to sleeps in bounds beyond, he’s receiving an education he’s receiving discipline, and he’s receiving care and love. As a parent firmly believe these are the three things that build the foundation to a responsible, respectable and loving adult human being. As long as my son continues to receive these things, I am very happy and very pleased with the service u grow is providing."
"My experience with UGRO Harrisburg East was shaky at first. Once I voiced my concerns, things were immediately handled. Since then everything and everyone has been amazing. My son started at 6 months and he has been there for 4 months now and he absolutely loves his class, teachers and all his bunny friends. Highly recommended."
